Rolling Stones: Voodoo Lounge (1995 TV Special)
One Hell of a Concert!
20 October 2002
Although I have only seen a few videos of the Stones Live (they are my favorite band, though), this is my favorite and one of their finest! The boys played like they were in the 20's. That is what I love about the Rolling Stones (along with the music, of course). They give it their all on stage. No matter what the size of the arena.

The two highlights of the evening were "sympathy for the devil", and "jumpin' jack flash". Sympathy was just outstanding. The stage was like a ghost town, or at least none of the band were visible, and then flames burst out of the ground, and then Mick arises from an underground lift wearing a top hat, satin dinner jacket, and a pare of very nice sunglasses. The band then emerged and began to rock out.

Jumpin' Jack Flash is the perfect encore for any Stones concert, but it was played magnificently this time around. Mick and Keith jumped into the audience and just had fun with their big ending to a great concert. I also like Whoopie Goldberg. She looked like she was having a hell of a time, but then again, what stones fan wouldn't have fun on stage with them. I recommend this to any stones fan. 10/10
