This movie is just another awful spin off of the Matrix. It doesn't even deserve to be called a spin off. Billy Zane does a terrible job, I highly recommend not watching this movie. If you wanna hear a lot of one liners that compare of Steven Segal movies check this one. If not, rent The Matrix!!! :)
