this is another canadian comedy gem. it's hilarious, and the drawings are so bad!! Kevin and his father Percy Spencer easily make Bart and Homer look like dweebs! you'll have to see the show to see what i mean. the first season was the best tho; it's gotten a little glossy since. but it's still kevin spencer - he's a chain smokin' alcoholic sociopath!
