I liked this movie so much I saw it TWICE in the movie theater. The filmmaking is unique in narrative, the acting reaches the same level as the directing, and the use of flashbacks is magnificent. The tone makes for a journey into the human mind of each Tenenbaum. Gene Hackman leads a cast, showing one of the best performances of his noteworthy career. Luke Wilson gives his best performance to date as the sad son. Gweneth Paltrow, Danny Glover, and Ben Stiller all give fantastic supporting roles. This movie makes me want to do more with my life. I will leave it up to the viewers, each and everyone of you, yes YOU, to find the meaning that this film gives to your world. The DVD is worth it and I highly recommend it!
