An unneccesary (but aren't they always?) sequel to a movie that wasn't all that good to begin with.
It's not quite the worst horror movie I've seen ... but this is hardly a compliment, considering the sheer volume of bad horror movies out there, complete with killer snowmans ("Jack Frost" - and I don't mean the one with Michael Keaton in it!) etc.
This has a few funny moments. Unfortunately, none of them are intentional. A bad, boring, overlong movie - and it's not even gory or suspenseful.
