Quite possibly the worst movie ever made
11 September 2004
OK, I am not a harsh judge of movies, but this one was so unbelievably awful, that it made Rollerball look good. Nearly.

This is surprising, since the movie is shot beautifully, the fight scenes are acceptable, and now, seriously, who REALLY expects a plot from a samurai movie? Knowing all this, the pitiful excuse of a story they try to pull off here just ruins the whole film. I mean, Mortal Combat was a well-scipted, coherent movie compared to this disaster! The only thing saving this accident to be in a (good) position of the 100 worst is the fact that probably only a handful of people will ever watch it (meaning I pretty much wasted my time writing all this, but it feels good at least).

Watch a manga. Even bad ones are better.
