Well first of all i am Turkish. I think it's important to state this little detail so that everyone out there knows that not all of Turkish people liked this cheesy movie.
Well where should i start from hmm it's definitely one of the worst movies i have ever seen in terms of Production, Acting, Proffesionality, script, post-production, credibility etc.. The script is written based on true stories like taking hostage of Turkish soldiers by so called FRIENDLY(!) Unites States Soldiers or the systematic torturing of prisoners by United States Soldiers that happened (and definitely still happening) in Ebu Garib prison in IRAK, The killings of people at a wedding ceremony and how US has been speculating in the region for the last 20 years provoking KURDS ARABS and TURKMENS against each other. However though the movie is shot so BAD that for anyone and especially an average American it is very far away from being credible. Even the uniforms and the outlooks of American soldiers in the movie are so far away from reality (i mean they look like Rambo or steven Segal) who would believe it. And than the action scenes they are so cheesy. Our Turkish heroes walk into a Hotel, plant bombs but they decide not to detonate it because of innocent children (brought especially into the building by CIA to take advantage of Turkish soldiers humanity) and then just walk out and drive away among 100's of American soldiers without getting a Head-shot from a sniper. How can you expect anyone to believe this crap.. It is a very cheap production taking advantage of the successful TV series(in terms of Ratings;that's another chapter to talk about) I regret every cent i've spent for the ticket. And one more thing; There are some Hollywood movies showing the reality about US overseas operations and war politics, such as Black Hawk Down, Lord of War, Jarhead, Spy Game, Bourne Identity, Tailor of Panama just to name a few...
