I was hired as an extra for one day but ended up spending everyday for 6 weeks on the set. Like all Titanic movies there has to be some story line other than the usual, otherwise it wouldn't be a movie. The majority of the movies was accurate. I did have the pleasure of personally meeting Catherine Zeta Jones and Mary Lou Henner as I had scenes with both of them. Making movies is not easy each day was at least 10 hours, some days 16 hours. I am looking for a DVD of the movie, my VCR copy seems have sunk. The majority of the movie was filmed in Vancouver. The wet scenes where done at the pool at the Univercity of BC. Some scenes were done at the Jericho Tennis Club. The staterooms scenes were on set, also the bridge scenes.
