More like an "Outer Limits" type movie.

I'm a bit of a cube fan so in that sense, I'm going to like this movie. However, I think it's way too 'sci-fi' to be taken seriously and as a result it becomes more like a 'Twilight-Zone / Outer Limits" type movie rather and is so far out that you cant really take anything seriously in this whole movie. But it does have great cgi special effects and overall was one weird movie that's a good view through. Definitely would be recommended for cube fans. However, I still think it's not as philosophically charged or doesn't have the same depth of quality of themes that the other cube movies have and think this is just a bit superficial. For example, the original cube raises philosophical issues of the cube as a function of something that exists without a purpose and that people in there are filling that sort of vacuum. The Cube Zero raises the issues of "Milgram's experiment" with the authoritian context and those who observe becoming the observed - this one seems a bit more hollow in that regard and seems more bent to just please the sences in quantum fantasy - the characters do not seem very believable either and just seemed rather contrived rather.

Thus, I have to give this five stars out of ten, I think at best, this is a good 'Outer Limits / Twilight Zone" type movie rather than a thriller.
