while the show is rather creepy, at least two of the episodes use the same exact castle but give completely different back stories and say that it is in different towns the episodes are "Blood countess" and "Castle Transylvania" correct me if i'm wrong.
also just a side note the architecture looks more Western European than Slavic.
i do not doubt the creepiness of the castle but my suspicion is that the show rented the castle and filmed several episodes there and edited the back story. also for these two they use the exact same clips of the surrounding area and the local villagers. the castle is big enough that they could have limited the participants to only a few areas and those areas differ from show to show. i figured this out because i looked up Dracula's castle and it looked totally different and the castle in "Blood Countess" is no more than a ruin
