I watched this movie with my brother recently, both of us having grown up with the Viz magazine....and you know what? We sort of liked it.
Fine - the plot is standard and the jokes are usually crude and predictable, but there are moments where the other characters just shine. Anthony Head delivers a very strong performance as the evil assistant, Geri Halliwell was surprisingly *good* in her scenes, and seeing Dolph Lundgren as the personal trainer was good too.
Don't get me wrong - the movie is still bad, but it's the bad that you can enjoy since it's SO bad it's funny. Light entertainment, watch it with friends for a couple of laughs and a session of ripping on the movie while it runs.
