Who thought that a movie about mixed religious Christmas / Hanukkah would be be cute and funny.... well, it ain't...
With a very solid cast and very well made indeed for a TV movie this should be enjoyable but the embarrassment factor is squirmy rather than funny.
Honestly, some of these jokes are borderline offensive and not even in a funny way just huh, whatever type of way.
I get why this might have worked but we gave up after his parents put an orthodox rabbi figure up on the roof to compliment Santa, oh c'mon....
We just couldn't see what was so great about this and just gave it a miss....
