An interesting premise relating to an ancient family curse is thrown away in favour of the same old tired hazing/frat stuff. The girls are lively, especially Lindsey Scott who is the perfect scream queen but who surprisingly doesn't seem to have worked since this movie. Perhaps she's found religion? Well shot but badly let down by the two male leads. In particular Terence Jay who looks like the bits left over from Ben Stiller's plastic surgery. He also has a really embarrassing comb over! The scene where he's doing the twitchy acting with the torch would be amusing in a Larry Blamire movie but here it's just ridiculous. A bigger cast and more victims, a nastier edge and a different male lead and who knows this could have been quite decent. At least I quite enjoyed the end.
