not a movie for everybody
15 May 2011
I went for this movie on the first day of its release and i must say, i am not the least bit disappointed. This isn't one of those typical bollywood movies where you expect to see a lot of dance, drama, action and in the end have all answers put in front of you.

One might complain that the movie is very boring or very slow, but thats the key of this movie. It is an extremely real portrayal of life and quite unlike what is presented most of the times in movies. Its mainly an experience of the lives of the four characters and how the small personal incidences in their lives lead to a life altering experience. these characters are normal human beings and are not portrayed as the picture perfect ones that are normally shown which is one of the best things about this movie. Not much is said, hence the viewer gets a chance to derive his own ideas and understand the movie in his own way. you have to observe every character carefully in order to understand them and only then are you going to be able to enjoy this movie. not some thing i would recommend everybody. In fact i would expect 90% of the people that watch it to completely dislike it, but those few who are able to understand this one are simply going to love it.

It is completely different from the kind of Indian cinema i have seen until now and i have greatly enjoyed it. Do not watch it if you are used to watching the regular bollywood movies.
