I saw this movie and wouldn't have guessed it was 500k budget movie, I was impressed with the scene setting, sound, lighting and effects. It really lended to the fear factor of the movie. It was a thriller vs. gore and that's what I like, I want to be on the edge of my seat. There were well timed comedic moments that fit into the intensity of a scary movie. Definite chemistry between the actors, and even though the leading actress is beautiful, she doesn't let it distract you from the story. In the tradition of scary movies there were some topless moments and a pretty lady walking into a dark basement despite the audiences better judgement. Like Agatha Christie's ten little Indian's, you care about the characters, and are left wondering who will survive. Recommended date, or group of friends movie.
