Go On There's No "Ryan" in Team
18 September 2012
Warning: Spoilers
This week we see Ryan finding hard to tell people the bad news that his wife has died, his group persuade's him to tell people that his wife has passed. So of course he decides to use this to take advantage of everybody. When he tells the group he has told everyone, they come in contact with some of Ryan's friends he passes on them and does not introduce them which in turn makes them feel bad, and you don't want that for people who are going through grief sessions. At the same time one of his co-workers believes that he needs a friend during these hard times. Steven trying to help then makes him drunk because he believes he can save Ryan. Also when the group ask him to bowling he goes but of course being late they feel angry at him. To make up for being late he allows the group to each drive his car. The next night at 1:23 when Ryan wakes up the whole group decides to come to his house to help him with his problem. He then finds out telling his Gardner has made him do more extra things to help him with his problem. This was the first episode of the season where I felt good as the show mostly didn't play for laughs and allowed the more emotional moments play out making the show more genuine to me, this was a big improvement I feel over the last two episodes. Perry was less annoying but I feel the problem the show will have for a while is the size of the ensemble as there are too many characters to write interesting stories.

EPISODE GRADE: B (MVP: Matthew Perry)
