Dexter wakes up wondering was it a dream of Deb asking him to kill Hannah. Dexter gets called off to work and she wonders is it crazy for the two to be together like they are. When Dexter visits Deb he tells her he is not killing Hannah. The car following Isaac follows the wrong person allowing him to go were he wants to go. When Dexter goes to get some sweet food for Deb he bends down for a second just before Isaac fires at him. Dexter asks Deb to let the kids stay at his house but not before he can criticize the way she lives. Deb goes to visit Hannah and does not want to listen to anything she has to say. When Dexter gets into Isaacs apartment there is someone else there to kill Isaac so Dexter has to kill that guy. When LaGuerta goes searching Dexter's name comes up. When it is revealed that Astrid smokes pot Dexter has to try talk to her but she does not want to listen. When Dexter feels happy he goes to tell Hannah he will be gone for a few days to deal with Isaac. While at his girlfriends house he gets a visit with a recording of Quiin saying he will get rid of the evidence. The police are called to investigate the body including Dexter the murderer. Hannah visits Dexter at the beach and sees his family. Dexter tells Deb about his relationship with Hannah and she just asks questions. In tears Deb tells Dexter that she wanted to tell him she is in love with him. Dexter is only left to say sorry to her because this bomb has just been dropped on him. Dexter then follows Isaac to a bar. The bar turns out to be a gay bar for Isaac. The two talk about their lives and saving each other. LaGueta goes to see Dexter's boat. The ending scene with the two men was great. Also Debra's confession was another great moment.
