The episode starts off in a rather mediocre pace but slowly takes up speed after half the time.
There isn't much progress story wise except for a delight that you get to see Astor and Cody after a long time and there was a little drama surrounding Astor just like her last screen presence. That scene was handled rather well. The cat and mouse game between Dexter and Isaac continues with an indeed totally unexpected incident.
However, the minutes that stand out are the last fifteen minutes. Believe me, when they started, I literally got the air knocked out of my lungs.
A bomb which none of us probably saw coming explodes in an emotionally unsettling manner. It was a very daring idea and the thing that baffles the most about it is that it explodes without any building up the atmosphere. It just happens. And the ending was good too with a 'yet another' conversation between Isaac and Dexter.
