funny, thought-provoking

Warning: Spoilers
This film is a must-see for everyone! The comedians who are part of this documentary are funny, engaging, thought-provoking individuals who make us see the commonalities of people, above and beyond our religious differences. Brand, Reynolds, and Carpenter have created a thoughtful film which asks us to look at religious similarities and differences through an open lens, using humor to start the dialog. John Fugelsang, son of a priest and a nun, is the perfect Christian to be part of this show. The first Christian dropped out, so the documentary veers from the taping of a comedy show about religious differences and similarities, to the search for a Christian comedian. Fugelsang is a key player in the movie and his intelligence and comedic genius add to an already entertaining movie.
