Poor acting, poor casting, poor script, just pathetic. Why anyone would bother wasting any amount of money on this rubbish is beyond me.
I suppose you could overlook the acting - they're not going to beat the original casting in the film. You could even pretend that the extremely low budget make-up is just one more attempt at making this a comedy.
But when you think about how brilliant the film was, how seamless it was, how the effects just came together, how the acting worked, you can't compare the two. Why they made this poor, low-budget weak attempt to ride on the coat tails of success of the film is beyond me.
Save yourself precious time, don't bother.
