Once again Vincent Price steals the show. A problem for me is the challenge of thinking of him as a villain. I know he was a romantic lead for many years. In this episode, he is a forensics guy who is trying to gain respect as a solver of crimes. Not engaging the old fashioned grunt work of the police department. He goes to investigate the death of an older scientist who has been married to a much younger woman, a former flame of Price. Price discovers a kind of camera that seems capable of freezing events in a kind of holographic display. What Price sees is the solution to the crime and that's what makes this such an entertaining episode.
