This was a very funny episode. Another true to life situation occurs when someone of notoriety buys an apartment in Kirstie's co-operative building. Kirstie meets her new neighbor and at once feels her insults. It also doesn't help when Arlo is drawn to this lady, who uses her television shows to knock others.
That walk on the ledge with Kirstie and Thelma to see what's going on next door at the welcoming party made by the new resident was hysterical. Both ladies lose their balance and luckily fall into the balcony of the next apartment.
