Taking her husband and fiancée on her honeymoon just might teach her the awful truth!

O.K., so Monogram didn't surpass the masterpieces of the majors, but you have to give them credit. They gave it the old college try with a fun storyline involving a seemingly jilted bride who on the rebound marries the fiancée's best friend. Before the newlyweds can begin their honeymoon, the hungover ex shows up to reveal the truth and more misunderstandings transpire! Speedy screwball and slapstick make this a fun entry in a rare comedy from poverty row Monogram. Anne Nagel, usually not so glamorous, gets lovely gowns and a character not unlike the screwball ditzes usually played by Arthur, Hepburn, Harlow, Lombard, Colbert and Dunne. Her two leading men (Warren Hull and Henry Mollison) lack the charisma of the many men who supported the women above, most obviously William Powell, but an amusingly fast paced screenplay aids in the amusement as does some pretty impressive art direction. Claudia Dell adds into the mix as a sassy "other woman".
