Recently watched God's own Country by debutant Vasudev Sanal. Watched it with low expectations,and it satisfied me as a thriller. Even though the plot may have some resumblance to some of the recent same genre movies. Plot: Did n't had any freshness in it,but the end product appeared cool. Cast: In the acting side,the one who impressed the most was Undoubtedly Fahad Fazil,he was just good in his role.Lal was just OK,same kind of role we have in many movies by lal itself.Sreenivasan was Good,but his screen space was limited(my opinion.)He delivered some good comedies. Mythili was good,Isha talwar wasted Rest all the cast was good in their respective roles. Songs: Were"nt that good from GopiSundar.they were just average stuff. But suited the Movies Flow.BGM was terrific,simply brilliant,though loud at times Direction by the newcomer was good,in my opinion. The 1'st half was pacy,energetic compared to slow 2"nd Half. Climax was just OK. Overall it is a good one time watch,with all thrills.
No one will be disappointed watching this,believe me.
