"The Honorable Woman" is very well done. It is a 2014 thriller from the BBC currently available on NetFlix Instant Download Streaming. Centers on Nessa Stein, a woman who inherits her father's arms business and finds herself in a international maelstrom when as she continues to promote the reconciliation between Israelis and Palestinians. Her son is kidnapped and there are many twists and turns in this well woven plot. The actors include Maggie Gyllenhaal as Nessa Stein, Stephen Rea, Lubna Azabal, Katherine Parkinson, Andrew Buchan, Janet McTeer, Eve Best, Hugh O'Brien, Igal Naor, Martin Hutson, Genevieve O'Reily, Lindsay Duncan,Paul Herzberg and Nicole Lopes. There is much to be gained by these films which attempt to meld the Israeli Palestinian conflict in an imaginative way. Ms. Stein is trying to do her part by building a fiber optic cable throughout the Palestinian territories in order to increase communication between the two sides. I give it a full 10 stars.
