If you love the films from the 80s and 90s, then you already love veteran actors Liam Neeson (The Taken Trilogy) and Ed Harris (The Rock). The concept is old, already used a numerous times in Hollywood cinema, but the characters and the way it's shot are pretty interesting.

Kinnaman's acting has improved, and the chemistry between him and Neeson keeps the story real. Rapper Common who is known for his roles in Street Kings and the worst Terminator sequel ''Salvation'' has played a different character than he has usually done.
The cinematography was handled well, especially in the run chase scene with Michael and Danny and the car chase scene with Jimmy and the cops. The way Ed Harris' character Sean died could've been done in a different way, otherwise ''Run All Night'' is a decent action flick that is worth to watch more than once.
