Both Tina and Amy are funny. This is a dumb kind of funny movie. That will make you laugh out loud.
They play sisters as really they do act like sisters as well as being best friends in real life.
Tina is the never do well sister who can't make it right with her own daughter. Amy is the sort of straight laced nurse who always doesn't want help but gives him to others regardless.
But when James Brolin and Dianne Wiest their parents in the movie, want to sell their house to downsize to a condo. Both women are conflicted and have to get their things out of the house as the house is sold to rich snobs.
But before they end up selling their parents house, they are to give one last party and invite the friend from school, including the town drunk and a kind hearted handyman named James.
Of course the party ends up getting out of hand and at the expense of their parents.
