Do The Right Thing Chi-Raq

Like many great film makers before in tragic times as a response to a social and political movement, the Wajda War Trilogy comes to mind. Lee this time with the distinguished professor Kevin Willmott not only touch on issues that need to be address but, push the limits of cinema. if you look at this the context of cinema, despite your politics, Spike Lee is on point with the likes of Fellini as well as a almost Bollywood approach with some tongue in cheek comedy/commentary and the obvious Greek Tragedy. My problems with the film are minor compared to the bold direction and writing. In the day age of the franchise, you have to at least appreciate the diversity of this piece about not getting a piece. Standing out a amongst the capes being the hero, disguised as the villain. Bravo Spike and Kevin Amerikas most dangerous film makers. On the path and taking the oath...you ever notice those look the same in print Your Pal MuddFlapp aka Amerikas favorite honkey.
