Gotham: Welcome Back, Jim Gordon (2015)
Season 1, Episode 13

Warning: Spoilers
There are a few good elements here. Selina crushing Bruce's heart--though I'm still trying to wrap my mind around her motivation--is one more step in his journey toward becoming Batman. I have no doubt there will be some reconciliation down the road, but for now this is a wound that will heal with a hardened scab. I also liked seeing Gordon having to deal with the fallout calling in a favor with Penguin. Yes, he got his man, but at what cost? Otherwise this was the weakest episode thus far. Mooney's escape was absurdly easy, I think they should have stretched out the story with Flass a bit longer, and whatever that is with Nygma and Kringle just needs to end.
