After enduring three episodes of Feed The Beast, I think I would like to be served a hefty potion of hemlock.
I enjoy DS as an actor. He is talented and when presented with the right vehicle, he really does shine. This is a really unsuitable script for him.
The remainder of the cast is stereotypical and a mixture of a half dozen usual offerings with mafia, drug addicts, loan sharks and unsavory characters.
I would like to see the Chef served up on a platter. He is so outrageous and unbelievable I have to mute the sound when he is speaking his lines after a few minutes.
The bullied "mute" child; the threatening school social worker; all uninteresting plot lines can give me indigestion.
Maybe Feed The Beast should have been titled Pass The Alka Seltzer.
