What can I even say! This is without a doubt the greatest episode of Game of Thrones. I was expecting an amazing battle but THIS. Every part of the episode was great, every emotion was conveyed perfectly, I was crying and cheering nearly the whole way through. I personally think season 6 has been one of the best seasons (episode 8 being the odd one out) and this was the best episode of the season, hands down, even better than 'The Door'
A lot of people have been saying the show is doomed without GRRM (mostly overreacting to episode 8) but I strongly disagree. This has been an amazing season and this was the best episode. Next week's episode will probably not top this one which makes me hope people won't be overly harsh on it. I for one am confident for the remaining 14 episodes until the series end.
