Oh, I get the movie. I don't get what everyone is so enamored about. Maybe my copy was poorly edited but if this is the same as the theatrical release, then there is a lot missing.
I didn't ever see a plot line of a veiled threat develop. I didn't see what her obsession with the ex-husband was all about. No doubt, the thriller portion was excellent except for the HUGE gaps in continuity and story line.
I love all the top names in this production and Shannon was over the friggn' top and deserves a nod for this performance. I love Fisher, Adams, Gyllenhaal and Linney was amazing as the the Texas rich bitch.
