Why would McLaren create a documentary about perhaps their worst season ever in Formula 1? To save face and the place the blame of their failures 90% on their embarrassing, in every way, Honda power unit. For those who follow F1, McLaren was a laughing stock across the paddock in 2017 with many races early on having Fernando Alonso's car retire after its engine/power unit puked up internal fluids. This documentary provided great insights and behind closed door perspectives on what an F1 team does to prepare for the upcoming season and was nicely edited to highlight the excruciating angst the team went through getting to the first race. More unique footage than I've ever before seen from the plethora of F1 footage I've viewed. Watching Alonso's wheel come off in the first testing day of 2018 hopefully, is not a sign of things to come.
