Now the accidental meeting of Lester and Malvo was already questionable with Lester running of, this finally is just Malvo seeking revenge (why), trying to find Lester and kill him. Now the episode goes slooow, until the last few minutes. Now the death of Malvo was well set-up, but Lester sending in his pregnent wife into the place were Malvo was probably waiting was so-so (and why are the passports in his shop and not like with normal people at home) and questionable, but the death of Lester squeezed into the last few seconds of the episode made a disappointing end of of furthermore great S01.
