Gone (I) (2017–2018)

If you ignore the glaring she could never do that, not a bad show

Many reviews have already commented about how unrealistic/untrue it is that the FBI would allow an untrained individual participate as she does, and they are 100% correct. The FBI regularly uses local and state LEOs, but they are trained. They also use consultants, but never like what this girl does for so many reasons. The shame of it is, they could so easily overcome that by having had some back story where she became a LEO and then left or essentially anything but just being a self-defense instructor. This doesn't make the show unwatchable, but it reglarly slaps you in the face with the error and you just have to ignore it. I'll also add that the alcohol drinking on an FBI plane would simply never happen either as the FBI has very strict rules for its agents with alcohol use and there are significant govt regs regarding alcohol in the workplace which without almost any exception is not allowed. The negative comments regarding the lady actor aren't accurate in my opinion. She's not bad and she's nice to look at. Probably the one thing that would make the show much better is if Chris Noth had more screen time as he's such a powerful actor. Finally, it's really not a bad show.
