Out of Sync is watchable, it's a made for television film and never rises above that level.
I don't understand casting Kari in a family film like this and I'm suppose to not like her character here, which is impossible. Peter Outerbridge's one note and rather poor, with his scrunched up face annoyed with everybody attitude, when the character itself is doing very little. I last saw him as the new agent on "Millennium" with Lance Henriksen and he was exactly the same in that. Gail O'Grady holds the film together really.
