The world is my family, and therefore, as uncomfortable as this movie made me feel due to the suffering it portrays, it needed to be seen in order to engender compassion for my fellow humans. It is one of those rare movies that will not be possible to ever forget. I only learned after seeing it that it was nominated for an Academy award for best foreign language film. It will break your heart, but isn't that what hearts are for? The love will flow....
