Russell Peters: Outsourced (2006 TV Special)
9/10
More then an hour of sincere laughter.

First time I saw a show from Russell Peters was Notorious from 2013, which I liked so I was curious about his early work and oh boy this was a good idea. Outsourced is even funnier, I laughed throughout his whole set. The tone is set after just five seconds, whilst he's introducing himself and looking at the audience, checking what ethnicities are present, his show will stay with the race topic from beginning till the end. Some might find that offending, all those stereotypes, but in all honesty it was just funny how he switched from one race to another, from on accent or dialect to another, he's very talented in that domain. All his jokes are well written, but even his interaction with the audience that will require some improvisation is on top. He just has a very large funny bone. I can't wait to watch another show from him, maybe he won't play the race card in the next one, I don't really know, but it would be interesting to see if he can manage the same level of humor with other topics. That said Outsourced is more then an hour of fun and laughter, certainly worth watching.
