At first it seemed like it was going to be a comedy as the concept seemed quite funny. Not only has Ryouma been in love with the same girl for 10 years that he only met briefly once when they were 8 years old, but he then finds out this girl is actually a boy. Instead of taking this down a more comedic route they decided to have Ryouma sexually assault Izumi, and throughout the hole show essentially groom him and brain wash him into having some sort of "feelings" towards him. Izumi is clearly just very confused and watching Ryouma take advantage of his unstable mental state just makes for a really creepy and gross viewing experience. And instead of Ryouma getting jail time like he deserves, Izumis family just kind of accept that Ryouma is a nice guy and should be trusted around Izumi. Over all its not a good show, only watch it if you want to get really creeped out.
