This prescient expose documents the woeful "Silent Generation" . . .

Warning: Spoilers
. . . (aka, "The Beatnik Bunch," aka "The Korea Killjoys"), the ONLY American cohort that had to wait 92 years from its inception to see one of its members installed in the Oval Office as U.S. President! Yes, that's right, the valiant World War Two coterie (aka, "The Greatest Generation") existed a scant five decades prior to seeing its PT-109 War Hero Commander-in-Chief JFK placing that famous coconut shell message on the Resolute Desk, while the impatient Baby Boomers could tolerate their elders (i.e., betters) for even a shorter attention span--47 Novembers--prior to Slick Willie's barging in to 1600 Penn Avenue. All told, WWII boys reigned 32 Veterans' Days (1961 to 1993), while Boomers have mostly misruled another 28 Christmases (1993 through noon Jan. 20,, 2021). What message can our beleaguered U.S. Homeland take, then, from YOUTH RUNS WILD, the quintessential film summing up the prospects of American Homeland occupants such as Slow Joe hatched between 1928 and 1945 (aka, the "Interim Generation")? Looking toward a future under PAL JOEY, we should all "Be afraid; be VERY afraid!"
