Crappy animation, crappy characters, crappy story in one single package

That completely destroys itself in the incredible time of ONE EPISODE AND AN HALF with the introduction of psychic villains that have NOTHING to do at all with the starting premises. A fourth-fifth rate product of the late 80's anime invasion at best, completely forgotten and for a good reason. If you want something equally silly in its premises and violent but still watchable and with a better animation go with the two Goku Midnight Eye OAVs (NOT the awful manga) and you'll be better served, even if they're not masterpieces of any kind. Easily one of the worst animes I've ever seen in my life (and I've seen a lot of them).
