Emphasizing simplicity and practicality, all with cute/funny repartee between the charming hosts, "Grow, Cook, Eat" is a joy and an inspiration. Here in the mountain west of the U. S. I have to mentally compensate for utter dryness and deep cold compared to lush, green Ireland, but the basics are still there for successful veg growing. They don't shy away from occasional failures (though they are few) which still contain lessons and show that even the pros face challenges at times. That gives all of us hope and courage to get going in raised beds and containers!
