Easter Bunny Kill! Kill! (2006) is a movie I recently watched for free off Tubi. This low budget picture ($90,000) that tells the tale of a mother raising a handicapped child whose world was flipped upside down on Easter years ago. The child's last happy memory of his family together was on Easter so that's his favorite holiday. When a new, verbally abusive man enters his mother's life their entire world is about to be flipped upside down. This movie is directed by Chad Ferrin (The Ghouls) and stars Charlotte Marie, Trent Haaga (Kill Joy's Carnage Caravan) and Timothy Muskstell (The Deep One). The writing for this had so much potential and I loved the ending. The storyline comes to a perfect conclusion in this. The acting and execution is unfortunately uneven. There's times this is fluid and believable and times this tries to be more than it is. The cinematography was blah, but this is a movie that if redone with a budget could be really good. Loved the opening and the cocaine car ride as well as the conclusion as referenced. Overall I'd strongly recommend seeing this once and would recommend being patient till the end. I'd score this a 6/10.
