Charlie and Ross is fine. Not gonna bring me back or keep me away either.
It may really just be the Monica ping pong and other cr*ppy dialogue throughout that makes this episode skippable.
I'll easily miss out on the other parts that are fine in order to NOT see the Monica cr*p.
