A poor modern war flick from South Korea. This one suffers from a huge running time which means it feels bloated and prolonged in parts, with lots of incessant chit-chat and family members who add nothing to the story. It has the true story hook which makes it interesting but the overall result is tedium more than anything else. After we eventually get to the naval battle in the second half, the action scenes become mired in fairly poor CGI and the ending goes way over the top in terms of melodrama.
