I have no idea why the creators called this show Grimm if it was going to be just a regular "by the book" detective dealing with the supernatural.
Grimm would have been a better TV series if his Aunt Baldy and his Mom had been the lead characters on this show. They did not spend so much time preaching peace and social justice. They just cut off heads and got the job done. Social Worker Nick is annoying and boring. Add his girlfriend Juliette and it is a double-dose of dull. Rosalie and Monroe are a lot more fun.
