This is not a bad episode, I would actually say that it's average and normal: crime happens, crime is investigated, crime is solved, thats it. But it is the 200th episode, and they give it so much hype, with title sequence and putting TWO times it's the 200th episode, thay you expect it to be more epic, with maybe some characters coming back, or being related to some previous bad guy, but no, it's completely isolated, so in context within the entire series, it ends up being not so good.
