I recall my dad slagging this series off every time Robert Beatty was in a film on tv.
I was born the year after this was made so didn't see it when it was first broadcast.
To be fair there are a couple of good episodes but mostly it disappointed me.
The 30 minute episode format means there is little plot development.
What I do like about this series is the great location shops.
London in the late 1950s,still some bomb sites, new buildings springing up.
I really like Gideon's Way which was 5 years after this and a more interesting watch in my opinion.
