Elmer Fudd Is trying to make a formula to change a normal character into a devilish fiend only when he captures Bugs Bunny to try the formula it turns into a back and forth match between the two to top the running gags along with each of them believing the other was turned into a bear.
It shows that both characters always try to outdo one another and yes Elmer should never had gone into the science world as he is not cut out to be a scientist.
Bugs got caught into the mix after falling into a trap. It shows curiosity is best to be left alone. Still shows that looney tunes never fell at making memories and cartoons that stood the test of time. The animation is still good the voice acting is top Notch and music helps move the short along
