One of my favorite movie is the Pee Mak Phrakanong. I like this movie because it is the good mixture of the Thai legend and the horror comedy. The movie is very popular and gets more than 10 million views (as 14 March, 2022). The story reflexes the true love of Mae Nak to her husband who names Mak. She kept waiting for him to return back home even if she already became a ghost. Also the love of Pee Mak to his wife, even if he knew that his wife is a ghost but he didn't afraid of her. The story also leads us to understand the difficulty life of a man who had to leave family and became a soldier during a war as well as a very difficult life of a mother during lonely pregnancy and childbirth in the past. From my point of view, I think all of the actors and actresses show so well and the story smoothly proceed to the climax point with absorb romantic emotion in some parts. There are many parts of the movie that make the audients feel very excited and laugh. Each screen of the movie as well as the actors 'dress are good and very appropriate to the content, they make the audience completely flashback to the past. However, I myself feel that some parts of the movie run little bit too slowly. Also the movie can be a little bit better if the story didn't change the content of it at the end, because it seems so supernatural that a human can live together with a ghost also it seems to be distort of the story at the last part. This might make the audiences who never knew the original content of this legend feel confuse and misunderstanding of the Mae Nak legend. However, I myself like this movie a lot and if a score is in my hand then I will give 9/10 to this movie.
